Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. The costs vary from our shipping regions: shipping within the Netherlands, shipping to Europe and shipping to the rest of the world.
How long will it take to get my package?
We usually ship your mute within 24 hours. Depending on your location you will have your Tools4Winds mute within three business days.

You can pay for your order with creditcard, iDeal (NL), Bank Transfer.

How do I place an order?
You can use our shop to find the mute which fits you. When you’re satisfied with your choice, simply add the product to your shopping cart and check out in 3 easy steps: your contact information, payment, and waiting for the last mute you’ll ever have to buy again.
How can I cancel or change my order?
That depends on where in the processing your order is. We do not offer an account option, so the best option to contact us is directly at info@tools4winds.com.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No! We do not offer account options. You can check out as guest and don’t need to login.
How do I track my order?
After we’ve completed processing your order, we’ll send you an e-mail confirmation containing a track & trace link. Not every destination country offers this possibility, so this service is subject to change.
